Firebox.fi Store is an online music shop (mailorder/postimyynti) that has been online since April 2001. The current Firebox.fi store can be considered 4th generation version of the original idea/software. We focus on non-mainstream metal/rock in general and especially on heavy, thrash, death, progressive metal and their numerous crossover genres.
Firebox.fi Store is HQ'd in beautiful Koli, but all our operations are conducted via our three partner shipping centres in Jyväskylä (Finland), Csongrád (Hungary) and Nottingham (England).
If you are looking for labels Firebox Records/Firedoom Music, do not look further, they both are inactive and can be considered dead. The only legitimate contact for Firebox Records/Firedoom Music is the email label@firebox.fi.

How to order:
1. Choose the products that you would like from the catalogue, fill in your address details to the shopping cart
(you do not have to do this if you have registered before,), choose your payment method and send your order.
Once you have sent your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address
and you will be forwarded to the payment confirmation page.
The payment methods are:
A. Web bank payment (Verkkomaksu) (available in Finland only;
Nordea, Sampo, Osuuspankki, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Tapiola)
- please use your personal log-in codes to log into the bank system
- check that all of the details are ok and accept the payment
- when the payment is successful and has been confirmed, your order will be shipped on next monday (the week shipment day)
B. Bank transfer
- the bank account details are in the payment confirmation page and they have also been sent to your email
- when you have completed the transfer and we have received it, your order will be shipped
C. Credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard)
- click the card logo on the payment confirmation page, you will be forwarded to your
credit card collector company service, where you can input your card details and
proceed with the payment
- when the payment is successful and has been confirmed, your order
will be shipped on next monday (the week shipment day)
D. Invoice (for VIP-customers only!)
- If you are a VIP customer, your order will be shipped immediately, along with an
invoice, the payment period of which is 14 days.
- you can pay the invoice by bank transfer or by PayPal.
F. PayPal
- click the card logo on the payment confirmation page, you will be forwarded to the
PayPal payment company service, where you can log-in to your account and
proceed with the payment
- when the payment is successful and has been confirmed, your order
will be shipped on next monday (the week shipment day)
Note! The products that you order will remain owned by Firebox Store, until the relevant payment
has been completed in full.

When you complete the registration and open a customer account, you will receive the following benefits:
* You do not need to fill in your details when ordering
* You can view your order history, which titles have been ordered and when they have been shipped etc.
* After 3 paid orders, you will be promoted to the status of a VIP-customer
Shipping costs & other information:
* Shipping costs are as following 1-4 cd's 4.00€ / 5-8 cd's 8.00€ / 9 or more cd's 12.00€. These shipping costs cover airmail delivery worldwide.
* Different payment methods have additional charges, which cover the payment
procedures we have to pay to to bank, payment collector, credit card company or PayPal.
* Bank transfers 0.50€
* Credit card/PayPal 1.00€
* Invoice 1.00€ (Finland only)
Return policy:
If there is something wrong with your order, for instance the items do not work as they should or the delivered items are somewhat different to those in your order. The customer is entitled to the normal rights to return the items as stated by consumer laws. Before returning a product, please contact us at: store (at) firebox.fi
Data privacy:
Firebox will only save the data of registered users as they have provided them and the emails of those customers, who have marked out that they are willing to join the Firebox mailing list. Credit card information, passwords or bank account ID’s are not visible to us and we do not handle them.
The information that you give us will not be given out to third parties. Firebox will only send news every few weeks to the people that are registered on the mailing list.
The website requires that you enable cookies on your browser. The cookies are only used for the upkeep of your shopping cart and login information. No other means are utilised.
